GitHub JIRA Ticket Linker

Add support for more than just the GH Pull Request title

It would be handy if this extension actually linked all matching tokens across a GH repository. Whilst you can set up a lot of the linking with Github's builtin in feature its frustrating if you have lots of Jira projects (as we do).
