BrandPrint is a free, open-source Chrome extension that helps you understand a website’s visual identity and generate a reusable brand guide with just one click. Instead of manually inspecting a website’s colors, fonts, and design elements, BrandPrint brings everything together in a simple, organized interface. Whether you’re exploring design inspiration, researching a brand, or preparing creative assets, BrandPrint makes it easier to understand how a website looks and communicates. How BrandPrint Works Open any website and click the BrandPrint extension icon. BrandPrint analyzes the visible webpage and displays a structured brand guide in a floating panel. You can explore the extracted design details, copy colors, and download the guide as a brand.md file or save it as a PDF. What You Can Explore Brand Colors: Discover colors used on the webpage, including primary and supporting colors. Click any color swatch to copy its value. Typography: Identify the fonts, text sizes, and typography styles used throughout the page. Design Elements: Explore button styles, spacing, corner radii, and other visual properties. Gradients: View CSS gradients used on the webpage when available. Brand Messaging: Get an overview of the website’s visible content and communication style. Downloadable Brand Guide: Generate a structured brand.md file containing the extracted information. Use it as a starting point for websites, presentations, social media content, and other creative projects.
