Record what you do in Chrome and repeat it for every row of your Excel or Google Sheets, or as many times as you choose.

Do you do the same thing on your computer every day? Entering data into a system, copying from a spreadsheet into a website, filling out forms, downloading invoices one by one… Work Less does it for you. Do the task once in Chrome while it records. The app turns every click and every value into a step you can read and edit, and then repeats it by itself for every row of your Excel or Google Sheets while you do something else. No coding. ▶ HOW IT WORKS 1. Record: do the work once, as usual. Clicks, typing, dropdowns, checkboxes, keys (Enter, Tab, Ctrl+C…), right-clicks and their menus, new tabs and downloads are all recorded. 2. Connect your list (optional): upload an Excel or CSV file, paste a list or your Google Sheets link. Anything you typed that's in your table is connected to its column automatically. 3. Repeat: press Run and the task is done for every row. At the end you download a spreadsheet showing what went fine, what failed or was skipped, and the values copied from the page. ▶ WHAT YOU CAN AUTOMATE • Fill web forms with data from your spreadsheet (customers, orders, invoices, requests). • Data entry into web systems, portals and ERPs. • Extract data from websites to Excel: statuses, reference numbers, prices. • Download invoices, reports or PDFs from portals, one for each customer or supplier, and rename them. • Reuse a downloaded file in a later step (for example, upload it to another system). • Work in Google Sheets: cells, ranges, columns, rows, keys and the right-click menu. • SAP in the browser (SAP Fiori and SAP GUI for HTML). • With the Plus plan, Windows programs too (mouse and keyboard). ▶ BUILT FOR EVERYDAY WORK • Excel-style formulas: {{=TODAY()-7}}, last Monday, the last day of the month… calculated every time it runs, even in fields with a date picker. • Conditions and loops: “if this notice appears, close it”, “repeat while…”. • Step by step: review each step before it happens; go back, skip it or add one without stopping the task. • If something changes on the page, the task stops and asks you: retry, edit the step (picking it again on the page), skip it or continue with the next row. • Optional steps: the sign-in is skipped automatically if you're already logged in. • Works in your own Chrome, with your sessions, including pages with iframes and pop-up windows. ▶ PRIVACY The rows of your spreadsheet are read on your computer and are not uploaded to our servers. No account or password needed: your device activates automatically. The extension only acts in the tab where you record or run a task. ▶ PRICING Installing the extension and creating tasks is free.
