AgencyOS Review Capture
Overview
Save Amazon reviews and capture meeting transcripts into AgencyOS in one click.
AgencyOS Review Capture is an internal productivity tool for BeyondCTO staff. It lets our specialists save the customer reviews shown on an Amazon product's reviews page directly into AgencyOS with a single click, so review analysis for our managed clients happens in one place instead of manual copy-paste. How it works: • Sign in with your AgencyOS staff account in the extension popup. • Pick a client channel and open a tracked product's reviews on the correct Amazon marketplace. • Click "Save reviews" to send the reviews already visible on the page into that client's workspace in AgencyOS. Key features: • Works across all 20 Amazon marketplaces (US, CA, MX, BR, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, SE, PL, TR, IN, AE, SA, EG, JP, AU, SG). • Reads only the review content Amazon already displays to you as a signed-in shopper. • Edited reviews update in place instead of duplicating. • A per-product "captured today" indicator so specialists can see what's done. Meeting capture: record a meeting in your browser tab (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams) and its transcript is filed into AgencyOS, where Jack turns it into to-dos. Captures the tab audio + your microphone while recording (with a visible indicator and one-time consent notice); only the transcript is stored, never the raw audio. This extension is intended for BeyondCTO team members with an AgencyOS staff account.
