Rowpost speeds up the QuickBooks Online bank feed. Review, categorize and add transactions from Banking > For review with your keyboard, apply smart rules in bulk, and clear the For review queue faster. Built for bookkeepers and accountants who work through bank feed transactions every day. Rowpost adds a keyboard layer and a simple rules engine to the review table you already use. What you can do • Move through rows with J and K and select with X • Open a command palette (Ctrl or Cmd + K) to pick categories, run rules and start bulk actions • Create smart rules: if the description contains a word, suggest a category, with a confidence indicator (these are Rowpost's own rules, separate from QuickBooks bank rules) • Apply suggestions to many rows at once, with a confirmation before anything is added • Rows that need matching are left alone How it works with QuickBooks Online Rowpost uses the same Add button you would click yourself. Because categorizing and adding are one step, additions made through Rowpost cannot be undone by Rowpost, so a confirmation dialog appears first. Privacy Transaction text, your rules and your history stay in your browser. The only thing sent online is your Pro license key, to check that it is active. No analytics, no ads, no remote code.
