Trailhead by Second Summit

Fills Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job applications from your Second Summit profile. You check every answer before anything is sent.

Applying takes hours because every employer asks for the same things again. Trailhead types them for you. Connect it to your Second Summit account once. When you open an application, Trailhead fills what it knows from the profile you confirmed: your name, contact details, work history answers, your tailored resume and cover letter. It then walks you through the few questions that need you, one at a time, and shows you the whole form before anything is sent. What you get - Your saved answers on every form, so you stop retyping them. - The resume and cover letter made for that job, attached for you. - A short list of the questions that need a person, with a draft to start from when you ask for one. - Questions about legal, consent or demographic choices are always left to you. - You review every answer: a list of everything filled is shown before you send, and you can look at each one on the page. - You press Submit yourself. An optional setting, "Submit for me", is off until you switch it on; with it on, Trailhead presses Submit for you only after you have checked every answer on a review list, on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, and you can switch it off at any time. - Jobs you apply to are marked Applied in your Second Summit pipeline. Where it works - Fills the form on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby application pages. - On Workday and iCIMS pages it keeps your answers and resume at hand and helps with the simple boxes and lists. - On any other employer page it does nothing until you click the toolbar icon. - It never runs on LinkedIn, Indeed or Google. Private by design: it keeps only the connection to your account in your browser, reads a form only on the page you are applying on, and you can switch off the anonymous results it shares in Settings.
