Overview

Open a pre-filled Gmail bid draft from any load row, with rate, ETA and transit calculated for you.

Quick Bid — faster bids from your load board Quick Bid turns slow, manual bidding into a few clicks. Open any load on your load board and Quick Bid builds a ready-to-send email draft for you — the broker's address filled in, a clean subject line, and a professional bid body with your rate, ETA, and transit time already worked out. What it does One-click bid drafts — pulls the broker's email and opens a pre-filled compose window from the sending account you choose. Smart rate suggestions — set your own per-mile rates by truck class (Sprinter, straight, flatbed, reefer, dry van, Conestoga, and more). Quick Bid prices the load on loaded + empty miles with a target-rate floor. Trip economics — an instant profit and break-even estimate using the live diesel price, your per-mile driver and operating costs, and the load's miles, so you know your margin before you bid. Built-in routing — deadhead/ETA to pickup and transit time to delivery, calculated for you. Equipment fit at a glance — load rows are color-coded to your trucks, so the right freight jumps out and mismatches are flagged. Market rate & weather — see the current market rate for the lane and the weather along the route. Hours-of-service check — feasibility for commercial trucks (cargo vans are ELD-exempt and skipped automatically). Team bidding — share a team code and see which teammate already bid a load, and for how much, right on the row, so your dispatchers never double-bid. Bid history & tracking — every bid you send is logged with lane, rate, and date; a countdown marks each fresh bid and you're notified when a reply lands. Editable everything — adjust the rate, ETA, transit, subject, or message right in the preview and the draft updates to match. Driver hand-off — copy clean load details to send your driver in one click. How it works You stay in control. Quick Bid never sends anything on its own — it prepares the draft, you review it and hit send. It reads load details from the page and the broker's public contact info to fill the draft, and uses the sending account you choose to compose. Your settings stay in your browser. Requires an active license. Built for owner-operators and dispatchers who bid on expedite and freight load boards. Quick Bid is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any load board or service provider. Thought process Thought process My bad — let me strip the names out of this one too. Here's the same changelog, brand-neutral: New load boards Added Quick Bid support on two more major load boards — buttons on rows and in the detail panel, pre-filled bid modal, posted deadhead, and same-city-load handling. Bidding & email Send bid / Request info toggle above the email preview, with an editable question. Editable subject line with an Auto button. Removed the route map's overlay card (kept the map and route). Per-account MC# on the bid (changes with the sending account). Rates & economics More truck classes for $/mi: flatbed, Conestoga, dry van, reefer (on top of Sprinter/cargo van and straight). Trip economics — profit and break-even estimate, with per-vehicle-class cost tiers. Live diesel price, market-rate lookup, route weather, and an hours-of-service feasibility check (commercial trucks only; cargo vans skipped). Trucks & matching Vehicle matcher now flags mismatches for every equipment type, not just straight trucks. Vehicle icons — a "load needs" requirement icon and a photo of your selected truck. Teams Team-bid visibility extended to the newer boards — see which teammate already bid a load, right on the row. Optimized the team poll (only when you're in a team, only fresh loads, the rest cached). Tracking Bid history tab — every bid logged with lane, rate, and date. Options UI Rebuilt as a top horizontal tab menu; "Defaults" renamed to "RPM"; Signature moved to its own tab. Row Quick Bid button moved to the left side. Licensing & billing (biggest change) Switched to direct card payments with email sign-in — removed the third-party billing middleman and its 5% fee. Admin dashboard to add/remove free users. Toolbar popup with login / options / admin quick links. Welcome email sent automatically on purchase.
