It gives you a special back button, but that's really all it does. You can neither assign this button to your mouse nor have it replace the default back button. Try the "Close on Back" extension if you'd like to have this functionality on your mouse.

Was hoping I could use the shoulder button my my mouse for this app, but it won't work.

Terribly coded. I want to use the back button on my mouse to close the tab, but that functionality isn't included.

Does what it is supposed to do -- give you a special back button. Unfortunately, the docs say there is no way to replace the standard back button, so it's of limited value. I guess I am mourning the loss of "back to close" Firefox extension.
