Suddenly stopped working. When it works it does add value but can be a little clunky to use.

It simply stopped working. I just get a gray screen inside the extension with a "broken" icon. It's too bad, because I liked getting the alerts when people opened emails from me.

Have to log in all the f'ing time, doesn't add a lot of value really.

one of the most OVERRATED EXTENSION in the market.

Pricing structure is obscured and you get automatically upgraded for some things that are unique to HS (with no way to limit the auto upgrade to these paid for functions/levels/classifications) I got a surprise bill 3x of what I had planned to budget for this software and they would not refund me not even meet half way. I have SME and every dollar counts but they just kept pointing me to the fine print. They must make a lot of extra money this way.

slows down your browser to a crawl. like you are using a computer from the 80's. You type and like 30 seconds later you see it on the screen.. super annoying to have to have this plugin

Worst product ever. I use it for a while and drives me crazy, out of sync, regularly losing track of emails, in full window I can't click on some buttons. I wonder if their developers care about the quality or even test the product.

Version 2.9.0.14344 seems to be fixing the CPU usage issues. It's a bit confusing to update in Chrome. To do so: 1) Click on the Extensions icon (the puzzle piece in the top right) and select "Manage Extensions" 2) Toggle "Develop Mode" on (top right of the window) 3) Click the "Update" button towards the top left of the window Once I did this my Chrome CPU usage dropped immediately, from over 100% to <10%.

Which update are you talking about? I don´t see it.

one of the fields ive been capturing with the hubspot chrome extension is no longer showing and i dont see a way of managing the fields now.
