Estimate Auditor checks a repair estimate you have already written in CCC ONE and shows you the operations that appear to be missing from it — scans and calibrations, refinish adjuncts, materials, structural operations, LKQ handling, sublet and admin. HOW IT WORKS Open a workfile in CCC ONE and press "Audit this estimate". The extension reads the estimate that is already there, sends it to our service, and comes back with a list of what it did not find. Every finding carries the rule it came from, the evidence behind it, and what it is worth at your rates. You tick the lines you agree with. Nothing reaches the estimate until you press Apply — the extension never writes a line you did not select, and it never changes a line you wrote. WHAT IT CHECKS - Repair-procedure rules, applied against the operations already on the estimate - The vehicle's own equipment, decoded from its VIN through the U.S. NHTSA vPIC database — so a windshield replacement on a car built with a forward-facing camera raises the calibration that goes with it - Your own part codes, so a proposed line lands on a code your shop already uses and is priced at your own rates WHAT IT DOES NOT DO - It does not write, change or delete anything you did not tick - It does not read the vehicle owner's name, address, phone, email, claim number or policy number - It does not store your part-code price list, and it does not store VINs REQUIREMENTS An Auto AI Services account and a CCC ONE login.
