What it shows: - Invoice details: number, vendor, status, subsidiary, AFE, current owner - PO financials: approved amount, previously billed, available funds (color-coded) - Pending Change Orders with proposed new PO total and projected availability - This invoice amount and funds remaining after approval - GL allocation coding - Journal summary with clear action needed (e.g. "PO is out of funds", "Reject and kick back to vendor", "Change Order needed") Features: - Auto-updates when navigating between invoices (Next/Previous In List) - Draggable panel — position it wherever you want - Collapsible header to minimize when not needed - Color-coded funds: green (covered), yellow (short), red (overspent) - Fetches PO data automatically via API — no extra clicks
