Teams Archive là tiện ích Chrome lưu chat và channel Microsoft Teams trên máy của bạn để tìm lại sau. Cách dùng 1. Mở Microsoft Teams trên Chrome và đăng nhập. 2. Bấm icon Teams Archive để mở Side Panel. 3. Làm mới danh sách, chọn chat/channel, rồi lưu vào kho local. 4. Mở trang tìm kiếm (giao diện giống Teams) để xem thread và tìm tin cũ. 5. Tab Sao lưu: xuất JSONL hoặc PDF. Nội dung lưu được • Chat 1:1, nhóm, họp, và channel • Bài đăng channel kèm reply trong thread • Người gửi, thời gian, tiêu đề, mention, tên file và liên kết đính kèm • Đồng bộ tăng dần: lần sau có thể chỉ lấy tin mới hơn Quyền riêng tư Tiện ích chạy với phiên Teams bạn đã đăng nhập. Dữ liệu lưu trên máy này, không gửi lên server của nhà phát triển. Không analytics. Bạn tự tuân thủ quy định công ty và Microsoft khi lưu hội thoại.
