PixelPano — Image Converter
Overview
Convert images between formats, auto-convert your downloads, batch convert — 100% local, no uploads, no accounts.
PixelPano converts images between formats without anything leaving your browser — and it quietly fixes the most annoying download problem on the web. Google Images and many news sites now hand you WebP or AVIF files that half your apps can't open. PixelPano fixes that: it watches your downloads and quietly re-saves those files in the format you choose, so what lands in your Downloads folder is the one you can actually use. There's a per-site skip list, and if a conversion ever fails, the original download is restored. It also includes a drag-and-drop converter page — drop a whole batch (or paste from the clipboard), convert, then Download all — and a right-click menu that saves any image on a page in your chosen format. A quality slider and optional resize are built in. iPhone photos are covered too: HEIC images convert to JPG on any computer, no extra apps needed, and SVG graphics can be imported as well. Everything runs 100% inside your browser. No accounts, no servers, no analytics — your images never leave your computer. The extension contains no remotely hosted code; the image codec libraries it uses ship inside the package. Free — all features are included in this release.
