Overview

Blur emails, amounts, and other sensitive bits before you share your screen.

PlainBlur blurs selected parts of a page before you share your screen. Click an element or drag a rectangle. Show or hide every blur from the popup or with Alt+Shift+B. On the free tier, manual blurs stay for one site. Pro ($49 once, one browser seat) and Team ($99 once, five browser seats) keep blurs for every site you allow, and add auto-blur for emails, phone numbers, API keys, money amounts, and card-like numbers. Blurring happens in this browser. Page content is not uploaded. Saved blurs, the free-site choice, and the license stay in chrome.storage.local. Checkout, when it is offered, starts from the extension. Stripe is the payment processor. There is no subscription and no team admin console. PlainBlur is a best-effort visual aid. It can miss text, images, canvases, and iframes. It does not delete page data. It is not a privacy or compliance guarantee. A short flash of the unblurred page is possible before a blur is applied. Sold by Desert Herders Collective LLC (New Mexico). Support: support@plainblur.com Public site: https://plainblur.com/
