Fill your own IRCC application from information you enter once. An IRCC application is spread over several forms and a few hundred boxes, the same fact is copied many times, and the online portals time out partway through a page. You answer once on our website, nova-stage.ca/portal-filler, and this extension puts those answers into the pages of the portal you are already signed in to. WHAT THIS EXTENSION WRITES INTO - Permanent residence portal: family sponsorship, the economic and provincial streams, the regional pilots, humanitarian applications and refugee sponsorship — twenty-five categories in all. It fills all four of the digital forms that portal asks for, including the separate copy each accompanying family member has to file. - Temporary residence portal: the visitor visa applied for from outside Canada. - Refugee portal: a refugee claim made inside Canada. - Citizenship portal: adult, and the two minor routes. Most applications also need PDF forms that are downloaded, filled and attached. Those are filled from the same answers on our website. This extension does not fill PDFs. WHAT IT DOES - Reuses one set of answers across every form that asks for the same fact. - Reads each field back after writing it. The test is whether the box holds the value that was meant for it, not whether the box is non-empty. - Runs a mechanical review afterwards: what is still blank, whether the dates leave a gap, whether a placeholder was left behind, whether two answers contradict each other. - Shows, field by field, where each value came from, so you can check it against your own documents. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO - It never sees your portal username or password. You sign in yourself. - It does not upload documents and it does not submit your application. You do both yourself. - It does not answer for you. Questions only you can answer, such as marital status or whether a family member is coming with you, are left blank and flagged. - It does not check whether what you entered is true, does not assess your application, and promises no outcome. YOUR INFORMATION Your answers stay in this browser's storage on your own computer. They are written into the portal page in front of you and are never sent to us. There are no analytics and no tracking. Uninstalling removes them. Three things do leave your computer, and only these three: 1. When a run fails, an error report is sent to us. This one goes on its own, so that we hear about failures; the panel tells you it was sent and has a switch that stops it. The report carries field names, the shape of each value (how long it is, whether it looks like a date), and which boxes the portal refused. It does not carry your answers, and the application number is removed. 2. You can send that same report yourself and add a note. Anything you write in the note is sent as you wrote it. 3. When a box was refused and the page did not say why, you can ask us to work out the reason. That sends the same report contents to our server, which passes them on to Anthropic's model service in the United States for that one question. Nothing is sent unless you press the button. Writing into a portal needs credits, bought once on our website, not a subscription. What an application costs depends on its type, and family members on a permanent residence application add to it. Entering and saving your answers is free, so you can put everything in and see how it is organised before deciding. An application is charged once: refilling it, re-running it after it stalls, or coming back the next day to change an answer all count as the same application.
