ApplyFast – NetSuite Cash Application Assistant

ApplyFast accelerates cash application in NetSuite by matching invoices and applying payments instantly.

ApplyFast applies customer payments to the right invoices on NetSuite's Accept Customer Payment screen from a list you paste in, and shows you every match before anything changes. FEATURES • Paste and preview: paste invoice references (or copy columns straight from Excel) and click Review Cash Application. ApplyFast shows each row's Ref No., Amt. Due, current and new Payment, and a status. Nothing in NetSuite changes until you click Apply. • Partial payments and discounts: use INV12345=100.00 for a partial payment, or INV12345|10.00|100.00 to fill Disc. Taken and Payment together. Two- and three-column Excel pastes are formatted for you. • Safe matching: references are matched on Ref No., then PO, then other sublist columns, using whole values only. Paste each reference once; duplicate keys and two lines on the same invoice row block Preview and Apply until you combine or remove them. Partial matches, invalid amounts and ambiguous invoice multiples are skipped or not applied, never guessed. A PO or group reference can tick several rows; REF=amount is a running cap top to bottom, and rows after the amount is used up show Cap used. In the Cash Application Report those rows show 0.00 paid and applied, with the Amt. Due still open. A multi-row line with a row that cannot be written is held whole (Held). • Overwrite protection: rows that already have a different Payment or Discount are left alone unless you tick overwrite for that row. • Rechecked before writing: every row is checked again right before it is written. Rows that changed since the preview are not touched. Large lists are applied in chunks, and Stop halts at the next safe point. • All pages: when open invoices span several NetSuite pages, ApplyFast scans each page, previews them together, applies across pages, reads the values back to confirm them, and returns you to the page you started on. Scanning and applying across pages is free cash application. • You stay in control: ApplyFast never clicks Save. You review the totals and save the payment in NetSuite yourself. HOW TO USE 1. Open NetSuite's Accept Customer Payment screen and choose the customer. 2. Click the ApplyFast button on the right side of the screen. 3. Paste your invoice references, with amounts if needed. 4. Click Review Cash Application and check the status of every line. 5. Click Apply, review the results and totals, then click Save in NetSuite. FREE AND PREMIUM Full cash application stays free. Review & Reconciliation remains Premium. Cash application is free on this page and across all pages: paste, preview, and apply, including multi-page scanning and applying. Review & Reconciliation is ApplyFast Premium. It adds reconciliation analysis (exact, partial, short, and overpayment), difference and variance, remarks and a verdict, filters and exception counts, and an Excel reconciliation report. Premium is not more pages. A paid license provides Review & Reconciliation. Licenses are purchased through Lemon Squeezy at $14.99/month, $119/year, or $199 lifetime, and activated from the ApplyFast toolbar popup. A 14-day trial of Review & Reconciliation only is offered after a clean successful Apply, and it starts only if you confirm it. Cash application, including all pages, stays free during the trial and after it ends. When the trial ends, only Review & Reconciliation locks. Users updating from a version before 1.6 have a 30-day transition that covers Review & Reconciliation only. PRIVACY Your NetSuite data stays in your browser. Invoice numbers, amounts, customer details and page contents are processed locally and are not sent to ApplyFast or any other service; ApplyFast has no server of its own. The only network requests ApplyFast makes are license requests to Lemon Squeezy, ApplyFast's license provider, and only after you choose to activate a license. Those requests contain your license key and a license instance ID or a random name for this browser installation, and no NetSuite data. PERMISSIONS • "Read and change your data on netsuite.com sites": needed to show the ApplyFast panel on the Accept Customer Payment screen, read the Invoices list, and fill Apply, Payment and Disc. Taken for the rows you approve. ApplyFast does nothing on other NetSuite pages. • Storage: remembers your activated license on this computer. • Alarms: schedules the daily license re-check. • api.lemonsqueezy.com (optional): requested only when you activate a license key. LIMITATIONS Amounts must use US number format (1,234.56). Duplicate references in the paste block the run until you combine or remove them. An invoice number matching several rows is still not applied. Credit memos are not applied; ApplyFast works only on the Invoices list, and zero-due rows in a PO group are skipped. The All pages scan covers up to 20 pages. Heavily customized NetSuite forms may need manual checking.
