Perfect for what I need it for. The ability to import/export would be great for keeping a backup copy.

Four stars - it does an EXCELLENT job at what it's supposed to do. One more star if the developer adds the ability to import/export templates, so the same can be used across devices.

Very usefull for responding to the large number customer queries.

Very useful for job searching without the hassle of copying and pasting the same messages.
