The active/inactive tab panel switch

When the browser is active I have no idea which tab is currently active. However, the view when the browser is inactive is exactly the opposite so I would more then welcome switching the active/inactive display of the tab panel.

Back ground

Your cool pic won't fill the whole page, just the upper part of the page. What do I have to do to get it to fill the page. It did it once when I refreshed the page, but only half my book marks showed up in the speed dial. But not again. Help please, I love the pic.
