Playstore

I cannot access Playstore. I get get it from Apstore, then when I try to get Apstore I am told I need Playstore. I is a circular problem. I cannot access either.

It's not working

I add this extenion to my Chrome. But it's not working. I don't find the option to change country and language in GG Play Store. Pls help me fix this.
