"no results found, please include start and end time"

devs pls include some fing directions like I'm entering a start and end date, so download everything in this channel form there like how would I eevn specify you need to clarify exactly what and where with like pictures or something

It was working fine in may, but now the search function seems broken

Used it to export by chunks of 1000 using date filtering, but that feature doen't seem to work anymore, it always find the same number of messages ,no matter what date range I select... Please fix :D

Connection Timed Out

Doesn't matter what I use, the extension always says it's timed out. It seems like many others have been having this issue for quite some time.

Non-functional

All of a sudden every attempt to export chat messages through EVERY option in the extension is met with "Session timed out"

Can't download messages

When I am trying to download messages I receive the error of "Search timed out, please try again." I have tried reinstalling the extension and that didn't help.
