Pair your Android phone with the Offscroll Chrome extension to create a simple focus contract: when you stay on the focus screen on your phone, your work on your computer continues uninterrupted. If you leave the focus screen to scroll social media or check other apps, Offscroll instantly shows a brief full-screen reminder in your browser to bring you back on track. Offscroll is designed to build awareness of distraction habits in a lightweight, non-intrusive way. It does not track browsing activity, read website content, or collect personal data. All coordination happens in real time between your paired devices during an active focus session.
