Offline-first private new-tab dashboard with customizable pages, widgets, local backups, import/export, and optional Chrome Sync.

Offline Start Page replaces the Chrome New Tab page with a private, customizable dashboard for organizing website shortcuts, notes, tasks, RSS feeds, weather widgets, and pages. Dashboard data is stored locally by default, with optional user-initiated synchronization through Chrome Sync. Major new changes since v1.0.15: - Added Command Palette (Ctrl/Cmd + K) with faster search and link actions. - Added Conditional Widgets, Quick Edit, and multi-level Undo/Redo. - Added Compact, Comfortable, and Spacious layout options. - Added Save Open Tabs and improved duplicate-link handling. - Added Revision History comparisons and Due/Overdue task indicators. - Added Open All Links and Copy All URLs actions. - Improved offline reliability, icon handling, and Chrome Sync. - Improved responsive layouts, accessibility, Settings, and overall stability.
