CalConfirm helps you cut no-shows by emailing your meeting guests a personal reminder 24 hours before the meeting — sent from your own Gmail, in your own words. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open an event in Google Calendar. A "Send reminder 24h before" panel appears in the event editor. 2. Keep it checked, choose which guests get the reminder, and edit the subject and message (or use the default). 3. CalConfirm sends the reminder from your Gmail 24 hours ahead — automatically, even if your computer is closed. WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT • Reminders come personally from you, from your real Gmail address — not a no-reply bot. • Reschedule-aware: move a meeting and the reminder re-times itself; cancel a meeting and the reminder is cancelled. • Works with recurring meetings — remind guests before every occurrence. • You choose exactly who gets reminded and what it says. PRIVACY CalConfirm only sends the reminder emails you set up. It never reads, searches, or modifies your inbox. Calendar access is read-only, used solely to keep reminders in sync with your meetings.
