The OfficeTroops extension for capturing candidate data allows users of the OfficeTroops platform to quickly capture prospective candidate data and save it for possible future employment offers. When browsing a candidate profile on a permitted page at a job or employee portal site, users who like candidates but cannot download their details have no option but to take printouts (or screengrabs) of such pages and save them for future reference. This can lead to sloppy and unorganized data capture and maintenance processes. Using the OfficeTroops plugin, the user simply invokes it on a page of interest and quickly adds key data points like name, designation, potential job category or job where the candidate can make a good fit and contact details if shown. The candidate record is then saved to the OfficeTroops database for posterity and such candidates can then be invited from within the OfficeTroops platform to apply for jobs.
