Alion Autofill

Fills job application forms on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby from your Alion profile. You review and submit.

Alion Autofill fills a job application form from your profile on alion.io: name, email, phone, location, links, current company and title, work history, education, skills, languages, salary expectation, availability, work permits and your CV as a PDF. One click instead of fifteen minutes of copy-paste, and the same answers every time. It works on the application pages of Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, including forms embedded in a company's own careers site. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the Apply page of a job posting and click the Alion icon. 2. Sign in with your Alion account. You do this once; the connection can be revoked at any time in Settings → Security on alion.io. 3. Press "Fill the form". Fields the extension filled are outlined green. Fields that need you are outlined amber and listed in the side panel. 4. Answer the questions your profile does not cover, right in the panel: work authorisation, visa sponsorship, notice period, "how did you hear about us", voluntary EEO questions, the employer's own questions. Each answer is remembered, so the next form that asks the same thing is filled with it. 5. Attach your CV: the profile CV from alion.io, or a CV tailored to this posting, built on alion.io in about a minute. 6. Check the form and press the board's own Submit button. 7. Mark the application as sent, and the posting shows as applied on Alion and leaves your matches. WHAT IT NEVER DOES - It never submits an application. You press Submit. - It never ticks a consent, privacy or terms checkbox. Those are yours. - It never invents an answer. A question the profile cannot answer is left for you. - It never reads a page you did not ask it to fill, and it reads nothing until you press Fill. - It never sends your data anywhere except the form you opened and your own Alion account. WHAT IT REMEMBERS Your profile lives on alion.io and is the single source of truth: edit it there once, and every form gets the update. The answers you type in the panel are stored in your Alion account, not in the browser. Which postings you applied to is recorded in your Alion account so your job search stays in one place. SUPPORTED BOARDS Greenhouse (boards.greenhouse.io, job-boards.greenhouse.io and the EU boards), Lever (jobs.lever.co) and Ashby (jobs.ashbyhq.com). More boards are on the way; the ones that could not be filled are reported to us so the next version does better. PERMISSIONS The extension asks for access to the job board hosts above (to detect and fill the form) and to alion.io (your profile, CV and application history). It uses the browser's sign-in window for the Alion login and local storage for the sign-in token. No browsing history, no other sites, no remote code.
