How to turn it on?

The extension is added to chrome on Windows/PC. Successfully signed up. Pinned extension as well.
Now on YouTube, how to open it up on the side to take notes?
When I click on the pinned extension icon on top right, it just takes me to chrome webstore.

Can't even create an account...

Log in problem

I can't create account or log in. Every time i click in "3 dots" settings and choose create a account or log in, nothings happen emerge after that.
