Export completed reactive or reactive and PPM work orders, engineer comments and labour sessions to one Excel workbook.

Export completed Verisae work orders for your selected dates into one Excel workbook. Choose Reactives only for Normal jobs or Include PPM for Normal and PPM jobs. Sign in to Verisae, open Completion dates, choose From and To, and select Export jobs. Both dates are included. Whole month selects a full calendar month. Keep the exporter open while it reads the jobs, then download the spreadsheet and review Exceptions before using hours. New exports do not require a saved monthly filter and do not change existing saved filters or defaults. Jobs contains one row per recorded engineer session, including earlier visits; jobs without sessions retain one row. The report includes the problem description, combined engineer comments, site details and source hours. Master PROBLEM and WORK DONE combines the description and comments; Materials Price is blank for manual entry. Whole-job hours and visit counts repeat on each session row: use Read me for totals that count each job once. Long text remains available through Text overflow when needed. Both scopes include Service Complete and P. Rvw. Pend. jobs. Other statuses, Quote, Estimate and unsupported types are excluded. Separate comment-adjusted hours appear only when an explicit actual finish time safely matches one recorded session. Source hours remain unchanged. Stop retains captured rows as a partial report. Retry saved export and Download spreadsheet use the report's saved dates and job scope, regardless of the controls selected for the next export. Existing monthly saved reports remain compatible. The exporter changes temporary list filters while reading and restores Unfiltered after completion when possible; it does not save work-order, invoice or labour edits. Reports and progress stay in this Chrome profile until cleared, replaced or removed with the extension. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them. Captured reports are not uploaded to the developer, analytics or AI services. Verisae navigation uses your existing signed-in session. The extension does not access email accounts or inboxes.
