Stream Catcher helps you identify media resource links loaded by the current web page. After you explicitly enable capture, the extension automatically collects M3U8/HLS playlists and magnet links from browser tabs and presents them in a clear, searchable list. Privacy-focused design: • Capture is disabled by default and starts only after user consent • Captured records remain in the current Chrome session • Playlists, encryption keys, and media segments are processed locally on the user’s device • No developer backend, advertising, analytics, or telemetry • No remote executable code Stream Catcher does not support or bypass Widevine, FairPlay, SAMPLE-AES, paywalls, login restrictions, or other DRM and access-control systems.
