Kotsu: Sprint Tracker & Standup

Turn any tab into a task. Your priorities in the team sprint, in Chrome's side panel: focus, a work log, standup in seconds.

⏱️ Kotsu lives in Chrome's side panel and shows your part of the team sprint in one place: what you are focused on, your queue, what you are waiting on, and your next meeting. Any tab can become a task, and your daily standup is put together from your work log. The team board tracks tickets. Your day is also reviews, quick asks, emails and meetings. Kotsu keeps that day next to whatever you are working in, and remembers it for you. 🚀 How to start 1. Click Add to Chrome. 2. Open the side panel with Ctrl+Shift+S (Cmd+Shift+S on Mac) or the toolbar icon. 3. Set your sprint dates and goal, or read them from an open Jira board. 4. Press Add task on any tab and start working. 🔗 Any link becomes a task Work reaches you as links: a ticket, a chat thread, a pull request, an email, a design file. Press Add task and it fills in the address and source from the current tab. No Jira sync on purpose: Kotsu never creates, updates or moves tickets. 2. Nothing to connect and no admin to ask. 3. Works with any page that has a URL. 4. Your statuses (focus, queue, waiting, done) stay yours. 🔒 Privacy There are no Kotsu servers for your data. Everything you save stays in your browser with Chrome storage; if Chrome sync is on, Chrome syncs it through your own Google account. Google Calendar access is read-only. No sign-up needed. Kotsu sends anonymous usage events (which buttons and steps are used) and never your task names, links, notes, sprint names or calendar events. A page is read only when you save it, or when you ask to fill in dates from it. ❓ FAQ 📌 Does Kotsu change tickets in Jira? 💡 No. A ticket is just one kind of link you can save.
