Download Oregon court documents

This extension adds a button to download all the documents for an OECI case. The files will be downloaded to your default downloads directory in the "oeci-cases" folder. Case documents are further organized by case ID, event date, and file name. Downloaded file names are corrected to match the names shown on the OECI website.
