Offline Pinned Tabs
Please create an extension that prevents pinned tabs from auto starting ;(
I have regular visits to some web pages like translate.google.com and stackoverflow chat rooms so I want to pin them but current pin system of chrome reloads all the pinned tabs automatically which is really annoying.
I'm sure it'll be very popular. Just a suggestion.
