Privacy Focus Guard

Stops sites from tracking when you switch tabs, minimize, or leave fullscreen. Reports your session as always active.

Privacy Focus Guard protects your attention privacy. By default, websites can detect a surprising amount about how you use your browser - when you switch to another tab, when the window loses focus, when you minimize, and whether you are in fullscreen. Sites use this to track engagement and build behavioral profiles. Privacy Focus Guard blocks this by reporting your session as always focused, always visible, and always in fullscreen. The page behaves normally; it simply can no longer tell when your attention is elsewhere. Features: • One-click on/off from the toolbar, remembered across sessions • Works on all sites including cross-origin iframes • Stealth mode — sites cannot detect the extension is running • Ctrl+Shift+Y toggles real fullscreen without detection • Lightweight — no data collected, nothing sent anywhere, fully local
