AI Odoo Copilot connects your browser to your Odoo instance so sales and support teams can work from Gmail, Outlook Web, WhatsApp Web, Teams, and other pages — without constant switching into Odoo. What it does • Match the person or company on the current page to an Odoo contact • Show related records in a side panel: contacts, quotations/orders, leads, invoices, deliveries, and more • Create and review Odoo actions in-panel (for example create a quotation with product lines) before anything is written • Open live Odoo form previews for matched or newly created records • Chat with grounded answers about the matched customer and related documents How it works 1. Connect to your Odoo URL and sign in 2. Read the current page (or selection) 3. Review matched contacts and linked records 4. Propose an action, approve the field changes, then commit to Odoo Why install it • Faster follow-up from email and messaging apps • Fewer copy/paste mistakes into Odoo • Clear approval step before create/update • Works with your existing Odoo apps and permissions Requirements • An Odoo database with the Odoo Copilot module installed and configured • Permission to use the side panel on the sites you work in Privacy Page context is used to match contacts and prepare proposals. Writes to Odoo only happen after you explicitly approve a proposal. Host access can be granted per site.
