OctoScout Apply Assistant automatically fills out job application forms on supported applicant tracking systems using your own CV and profile data, so you never re-enter the same information on every application. When you apply through a supported ATS, the assistant populates the application fields — name, contact details, work experience, and your tailored CV and cover letter text — pulled from your OctoScout account. Works with major applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, and SmartRecruiters. How it works: 1. Sign in to your OctoScout account. 2. Open a job application on a supported ATS. 3. The assistant fills the form with your data — review and submit. Your data stays yours. The extension only accesses the supported ATS platforms, checks whether you're signed in to that platform, and inserts your application data into the form.
