This extensions providers: - Tailored indicators showing connected channel icons next to the Intercom conversation title. - A 24-hour marker and countdown on open WhatsApp conversations. - An additional Octopods proactive dashboard to send and view sent messages right from the Intercom user profile page. Just connect any channel using your Octopods account, install the extension, authenticate your email, and your Intercom Inbox would be transformed to offer better experience working with Octopods.
