Productivity toolkit for Xero Practice Manager

XTK adds a document workspace directly inside Xero Practice Manager, so your team can handle client files, templates, e-signatures and client document collection without leaving the client page they're already on. Open any client in Xero Practice Manager and XTK adds a Documents tab beside the ones you already use. From there you get the tools an accounting practice actually needs day to day: DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT • A full file manager for each client, backed by your own Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint — you own the storage and the files. • Create, rename, move, copy, delete, upload and favourite files and folders. • Merge PDFs and convert documents to PDF. • Every client's files stay inside that client's own folder, so nothing can be filed against the wrong client. TEMPLATES • Document templates: upload a .docx with placeholders such as [CLIENT:NAME] or [CONTACT:PRIMARY:EMAIL] and generate a ready-to-send document for the client you're looking at, with details filled in from Xero. • Folder templates: build a standard folder structure once and apply it to any client in one click. • Email templates: shared, reusable email drafts your whole practice can pick from when writing to clients. E-SIGNATURES • Send a PDF for signing from the client's own folder — place signature, initial, date, text and checkbox fields, add multiple signers, and set a signing order. • Signers sign from an emailed link with no account and no password. • The signed PDF lands back in the client's folder with a certificate of completion attached; the original file is never altered. DOCUMENT REQUESTS • Ask a client for a specific list of documents ("2024 passport", "bank statements — last 3 months") and track what has come in. • The client uploads through a simple link, with no account to create. Files land straight in the right folder. CLIENT PORTAL • Give a client secure access to specific folders or files, so they can view what you've shared and upload their own documents. • Sharing is a permission, not a copy — files never leave your storage. • Access can be turned off per client or per contact at any time, without deleting anything. NOTIFICATIONS • A notification tray in the extension tells you when a client signs, submits documents, or uploads a file — with optional desktop notifications. REQUIREMENTS XTK requires an OctaByte XTK account (30-day free trial, no card required) and a Xero Practice Manager login. Sign up at https://xtk.octabyte.app. PRIVACY XTK only runs on practicemanager.xero.com and on XTK's own web app. Client details are read in your own authenticated Xero tab and are not stored on our servers — we keep only the link between a client and its storage folder.
