Email Extractor
Overview
Extracts email addresses from any website, even obfuscated ones. Exports to CSV and scans whole lists of URLs.
Email Extractor finds every email address on the page you're viewing — including the ones sites try to hide — and keeps a searchable record of what you find. No account, no servers: everything stays in your browser. FIND EMAILS ON ANY WEBSITE Click the toolbar icon to see every address on the current page. Copy one or copy them all, save them, or export them to CSV in a click. The icon's badge shows how many addresses the page has. CATCHES THE HIDDEN ONES TOO Email Extractor reads far more than the visible text: • mailto: links and plain text • obfuscated addresses such as "name [at] example [dot] com" • Cloudflare-protected addresses that show as "[email protected]" • addresses tucked away in page attributes and structured data • open shadow DOM and form fields • content that appears as you scroll or click — new addresses are picked up live • optionally, addresses spaced out like "name @ example . com" Placeholders and junk such as you@example.com, image names like logo@2x.png and tracking hashes are filtered out. SAVES AS YOU BROWSE With auto-save on (the default), every address you come across is saved with the pages it appeared on, when it was first and last seen, and how often. Switch it off to save only what you choose. ONE DASHBOARD FOR EVERYTHING Search, sort and select your saved addresses, see where each one came from, and export them to CSV, JSON or plain text. Back up and restore everything as a single JSON file. SCAN A WHOLE LIST OF URLS Paste a list of pages and press Start. Each page is opened in turn in one dedicated window and scanned, with progress shown as it goes. Results are kept separate from your saved addresses, have their own CSV, JSON and TXT exports, and are merged in only if you choose. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account or sign-up • Nothing you find is sent anywhere: addresses stay in your browser until you export them • Exclude any site in one click, or by domain, subdomain, path or regular expression — excluded pages are never scanned • Scanning waits until a page has finished loading and runs in short slices, so it stays out of your way Works in light and dark mode, in 51 languages. ABOUT THE PERMISSIONS Chrome will ask to let the extension "read and change all your data on all websites" and "read your browsing history". These are needed to look for addresses on the pages you visit and to note which page each address came from. Email Extractor only reads pages, and everything stays on your device. PLEASE USE IT RESPONSIBLY Email addresses are personal data. Only collect and use addresses you are entitled to process, follow anti-spam and data-protection laws such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and never use it to send unsolicited email.
