OCO Sidekick

Capture Gmail messages and browse your OCO construction workspace.

OCO Sidekick brings your construction workspace into Chrome's side panel beside Gmail. WORK FROM THE EMAIL YOU OPEN Open a message to see relevant OCO job context. Check an existing project, its linked bid history, or possible matches, then choose where to add the email. Ambiguous matches require your choice; names alone do not merge jobs. ADD NOW OR COME BACK LATER Add selected messages and attachments as bid invitations, proposals, bid updates, job walks, invoices, schedules, project files, or job communications. Review the action and destination before adding. Choose Not now to keep a browser reminder, then use Activity to open and add it later. Nothing is captured just because you opened an email or chose Not now. FIND YOUR WORK QUICKLY Search the bids, projects and contacts your OCO account can access. See available bid deadlines and status, then open job details, files, photos, schedules and communications that people chose to add to OCO. Your company's modules and permissions determine what is available. TODAY AND ACTIVITY Today brings together bids due and to-dos. Activity shows work added through Sidekick, items still processing, and anything needing your attention. Extracted information may require review; an uncertain result is not presented as completed. ACCOUNT AND BROWSER REQUIREMENTS An OCO account and an eligible company workspace are required. Sign in to OCO, agree and connect this browser, then refresh Gmail. Requires desktop Chrome 153 or newer and desktop Gmail. Gmail layout changes can affect available actions. DATA AND CONTROL After you agree and connect, Sidekick reads Gmail page content to identify opened or selected messages. Limited message descriptors are sent to OCO for matching and existing-capture checks. Only your explicit capture uploads selected content and files to OCO, where configured AI providers may process them. Authorized company members can access captured records according to permissions. Not now stores a local reminder with the subject, sender name, message identifiers, and company/mailbox binding. It stores no message body or attachments and does not upload them. Reminders expire after 14 days; expired entries are filtered when accessed and pruned while the extension runs. You can forget a reminder without deleting the Gmail message. Disconnect in Sidekick or revoke the browser connection in OCO Settings. Removing the extension does not delete records already captured into OCO. Read https://ocoapp.com/privacy.
