OCI short cut extension

A simple shortcut extension to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. **IMPORTANT: this extension is only enabled when you are in OCI console. Usage: 1. Use Alt(option) + Space to call up the command input. 2. Type the service name you want to use 3. Hit Enter and get redirected! update 1.1.6: - bug fix update 1.1.5: - instead redirect the page, now using page router to do a faster redirect - refactored code update 1.1.4: - now shortcut only works in OCI console - updated network href config update 1.1.3: - added scroll list - fixed down arrow bug update 1.1.2: - now alt + space twice can take you to OCI console from OCI-C console - improved UI interaction
