Catch calendar conflicts, track your students, and finish feedback reports faster — for Ringle tutors.

Tutor Flow is a companion extension for tutors who teach on Ringle, built to cut the busywork around scheduling, student records, and feedback reports. Calendar Defender connects to Google Calendar and overlays events from your personal calendars onto Ringle’s scheduling and private-slot booking pages, so conflicts are visible before you open a slot. You can also block time manually and check recurring lessons for clashes. The Student Tracker keeps searchable notes and lesson history for each student, stored locally in your browser. Favorite students get quick-open shortcuts to their private lesson slots. In the Ringle Docs editor and Feedback Report, Tutor Flow adds keyboard shortcuts for highlighting and for paraphrase and correction formatting, fixes formatting glitches, and lets you export feedback blocks together with their key expressions. Sticky text zoom makes small text easier on the eyes, and Active Line Center keeps the line you’re editing in the middle of the text field. The result is less time spent transcribing student output and fewer repeated steps between the end of a lesson and a submitted report.
