UUCH Buying Assistant

Add items to your UUCH cart while you browse Chinese shopping sites. See an approximate local price and whether the item can ship.

Buy from Chinese shopping sites from the page you are already on. UUCH Buying Assistant adds the item you are looking at to your UUCH cart, shows an approximate price in your currency and tells you whether it can usually ship. UUCH then buys it for you and sends it overseas. It works on Taobao, Tmall and other popular Chinese shopping sites. ADD TO YOUR UUCH CART • A small bar appears on the product page and reads the option you chose. Confirm the quantity and the item goes into your cart. • It is the same cart and the same login as the UUCH website, so you check out there with everything together. • On some shops the bar reads the details from the page for you to confirm. Our staff check the price and option before buying, and a big difference is refunded in full. • Wholesale items can go on your UUCH B2B purchase list. SEE AN APPROXIMATE LOCAL PRICE • Prices are converted to the currency you chose on UUCH, on the product page and as badges on search results. You can turn the badges off. • The amount is a guide. The item price is checked when you add it, and member or coupon prices from the page may not apply. KNOW WHETHER IT CAN SHIP • A label on the bar shows whether the item can usually ship or will be checked after you order. • Not every item can be sent to every country. READ THE DETAILS IN ENGLISH • Titles and options are translated, on your own computer where possible. Text in product pictures can be translated too. • Summarise the reviews shown on the page: size, colour, quality and delivery. • A size guide helps with Chinese sizes, which often run small. KEEP TRACK • Click the toolbar icon to see your cart, shipments waiting for payment and your UUCH warehouse address. • Save an item to hear about a price drop or restock. Notifications for arrivals, payments due and price drops can be turned off. • Right-click a picture to look for the same item on UUCH. HOW PAYMENT WORKS 1. First you pay for the items, including the UUCH service fee and, where it applies, the seller's domestic shipping. 2. International shipping is paid later, after your parcel is weighed at our warehouse. WHAT YOU NEED A free UUCH account (www.uuch.com). The extension works on a computer, in Chrome. YOUR DATA The extension runs on supported shop pages and on a page you open it on yourself. It sends UUCH what a function needs from that page, such as the product number, title and price. It does not read your browsing history or passwords. Details are in the privacy policy on www.uuch.com. UUCH is an independent buying service and is not affiliated with the shopping sites it works on.
