OceanCRM for WhatsApp Web brings your CRM pipeline directly into the WhatsApp Web interface, so you can manage leads without switching tabs. What it does Adds a lead sidebar to WhatsApp Web that shows CRM details for whoever you're chatting with — business, contact info, stage, source, and products Create a new lead from an open WhatsApp chat, or view and update an existing one Log interactions (calls, meetings, notes) and schedule appointments against a lead, all from the same panel Manage your sales pipeline stages (add, rename, reorder, delete) without leaving WhatsApp See chat counts (all / unread / groups) alongside your WhatsApp chat list Sign in with your OceanCRM account to sync leads with your team's CRM How it works The extension only activates on web.whatsapp.com and talks to your OceanCRM account (api.crm.oceantechnolab.com) to read and update lead data. It does not send, read, or modify your WhatsApp messages, and requires no permissions beyond local storage for your session. An OceanCRM account is required to use this extension.
