Overview

Full-page screenshots in one keystroke. Scroll-stitched, sticky-header aware. Annotate, then save as JPG or PDF.

Full-page screenshots in one keystroke. Press Alt+S and Screenful scrolls the page, captures it a screen at a time, and stitches the whole thing into one image — everything below the fold included. The result opens in a local viewer where you can mark it up, then save it as a JPG or a PDF. It is on your clipboard before you do anything. No account. No sign-in wall. No watermark. No upgrade nag. MARK IT UP • Draw on the capture with a marker that behaves like a real one — strokes lay down more ink in the middle than at the ends, rings wobble, and the ring you draw around something does not quite close, the way it does on paper. • Rings, squircles, cartoon arrows and emoji. Click to drop one at a sensible size, or hold and drag to scale it. • Six colours, three nib widths. Move or resize anything after you have drawn it; undo and redo everything, including moves. • Annotations are baked into the JPG, the PDF and the clipboard alike. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Sticky bars handled properly. A fixed header repeated down the whole image is the classic full-page-capture failure. Screenful keeps top-pinned headers in the first screen — where they belong in the finished image — and drops them from the rest. Bottom-pinned toolbars and cookie banners are dropped from the start so they never land in the middle of the page. • It captures apps, not just documents. Sites that pin the body and scroll an inner panel (dashboards, docs shells, mail clients) defeat naive capture tools, which just repeat the same screen over and over. Screenful finds the element that actually scrolls and captures that. • PDF export is included. It is a paid feature elsewhere. Here it is free, with no watermark and no page limit. • Lazy-loading pages come out whole. The page is re-measured after every step and each screen is given as long as it actually needs — Screenful waits for the page to stop changing and for every image on screen to finish loading, rather than making you guess at a delay. • Very large pages are handled. Past Chrome's canvas ceiling the image is scaled to fit instead of silently coming out blank — and it tells you. • The page holds still while it works. Rather than watching the page lurch a screen at a time, Screenful holds the shot it just took over the viewport and scrolls underneath it. QUIET BY DESIGN • Four permissions: activeTab, scripting, storage, clipboardWrite. No "read your browsing history" prompt, no access to all websites. • No network access whatsoever. The extension has no host permissions, so it is not technically capable of contacting a server. Your screenshots never leave your machine. • No tracking, no analytics, no telemetry, no ads. • Nothing runs on pages you never capture — the capture script is injected on demand, not left running everywhere. HOW TO USE IT • Alt+S — capture the full page • Esc — cancel a capture in progress • Click the toolbar icon for settings, or the Capture button inside it Rebind the shortcut at chrome://extensions/shortcuts. Files are named after the site and the moment you took them, e.g. northwind.dev-260809-125033.jpg. spark-apps.co
