Small usability improvements

Love the app!

Some small changes would improve the usability
- allow clicking the browser name instead of having to click the circle checkbox to select which browser to open in
- select a default browser, perhaps allow choosing that in a setting
- currently the chrome profiles are showing up as blank lines in the dropdown, probably a bug
