JobBuddy – Job Collector & Easy Apply Assistant JobBuddy helps you organize your job search. It works with the JobBuddy web dashboard to collect job listings, score them against your resume, and help you fill out Easy Apply forms faster. You stay in control the whole time. Works on LinkedIn Jobs pages you are logged into. KEY FEATURES • Collect jobs from search results Set your filters on the JobBuddy dashboard and click "Collect Jobs." JobBuddy opens the jobs page, applies your filters, and saves each listing's title, company, location, description, job criteria, hiring team, and posting age. • Match jobs with your resume After collecting jobs, click "Match with Resume" to get a match score for each one, so you can focus on the roles that fit you best. • Easy Apply help When you click "Apply" on a job, JobBuddy fills in the Easy Apply questions using your saved profile and preferences, and uploads your latest resume. It handles one job per click and never applies to anything on its own. • Limits and safety controls - Set a limit on how many jobs to collect or apply to (1–100) - Duplicate jobs and repeat applications are blocked - A "Stop" button halts any running task right away - Match scores and application statuses are saved across page refreshes • Data export Collected jobs are saved as structured JSON, so you can use them for your own tracking and analysis. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in to your job site account and open the JobBuddy dashboard. 2. Set your search filters and job limit, then click "Collect Jobs." 3. Click "Match with Resume" to see match scores. 4. Look over the matches and click "Apply" on the jobs you want. PRIVACY & RESPONSIBLE USE • JobBuddy only works on pages you are already signed into. It does not bypass CAPTCHA, login, or any site's access controls. • It waits between actions, at a human pace, to respect the site's rate limits. • To answer application questions, JobBuddy sends the form questions and a screenshot of the form to the JobBuddy server. Nothing else from the page is sent. • Your settings and API token are stored only in your browser's local extension storage. • Your data is not sold or shared with third parties.
