the Cashback Wizard hasn't worked since 2018 but is still available to download - not a good look for UW

Are you ever going to bring this app back? it was a good idea for online cashback, it's a shame you dropped it.

Cashback wizard not working for over a week now.

It doesn't pop up with the cashback, nor does it do anything if I click it. I have removed and reinstalled and it still does not work.

Cashback Wizard malfunction.

I have an intermittent fault as follows: Yesterday I ordered £52 worth of clothing from Marks and Spencer only to find, on pressing the Wizard, which usually pops up automatically, that there are no offers available on this site. It happened with a couple more websites I use and also to my son on his computer at his own home.

I phoned Utility 'Warehouse to report this and whilst explaining he asked me to try again while I was on the phone. Then, for reasons neither he or I could explain it worked perfectly.

Could someone please try and come up with a reason for this happening.

please help, my cashback wizard extension is no longer working. I have removed and reinstalled but it has made no difference. notifications are on. i am using a chromebook. it has always worked in the past. please advise.

Cashback wizard still not working, in fact hasn't been working for ages!
So why are you 'Utility Warehouse' not getting back to people to explain?
Would be quite helpful!

Cashback hasn't been working. Removed the wizard from Chrome and reinstalled but now no pig either. Can you help please?

Is the Wizard still working?

I sent you a message in 2020 and have had no response from you. It used to work on my MacBook Air but nolonger does. What has happened. Thanks
