Overview

Redirects configured production URLs to local dev servers so callbacks (e.g. OAuth) land locally instead of on production.

OAuth Local Redirect extension that redirects configured production URLs (e.g. an OAuth callback like `https://example.com/oauth/callback`) to a local dev server (e.g. `http://127.0.0.1:8000/oauth/callback`), so third-party logins land locally instead of on production. ## Configure redirect pairs 1. On the extension's card in `chrome://extensions`, click **Details** → **Extension options** (or right-click the toolbar icon → **Options**). 2. Enter a **Source URL** (the production URL to intercept, including scheme and optional path, e.g. `https://example.com/oauth/callback`) and a **Target URL** (your local server, e.g. `http://127.0.0.1:8000`), then click **Add**. 3. Chrome will prompt for permission to read/redirect requests to that source host — click **Allow**. If declined, the pair is saved but left disabled until you re-enable its checkbox. 4. Each pair has its own **Enabled** checkbox and a **Delete** button. There is no seeded default pair — add every source→target pair you need. ## Use - The toolbar icon is a **global on/off switch** for all pairs at once (badge shows `ON`/green or `OFF`/red) — useful for temporarily testing against real production without touching your configured pairs. - Per-pair enable/disable and add/remove happens only on the options page.
