GoFullScreen captures the whole page — not just what fits on your screen. Click the GoFullScreen icon and the extension automatically finds the relevant scroll area, captures every section, and stitches everything into a single, full-resolution image — entirely inside your browser. GoFullScreen works with traditional webpages as well as modern apps with independently scrolling content panels, such as chat, email, and collaboration tools. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the GoFullScreen icon in your toolbar or press Alt+Shift+S. 2. GoFullScreen automatically detects, scrolls, and captures the page or main content area. 3. A new tab opens showing your complete screenshot. 4. Copy it, download it, edit it, or export it as a PDF. The default Smart capture mode works automatically. An optional Settings page lets you select Main content only or Scrollable side panel only for apps with multiple independent scroll areas. Your choice is remembered for future captures. You can choose a maximum part height of 3000, 4000, or 5000 pixels. Adjacent parts include 160 pixels of overlap so text and visual context are not cut exactly at an image boundary. The complete master screenshot remains available in GoFullScreen for viewing, editing, copying, PDF export, and full-image download. There is no backend server, analytics, tracking, advertising, or account system. Screenshots are captured, assembled, edited, and exported entirely inside your browser. Settings and temporary screenshot data remain on your device. WHEN GOFULLSCREEN CANNOT CAPTURE A PAGE Chrome blocks extensions from capturing protected pages such as chrome:// settings pages, the Chrome Web Store, and Chrome’s built-in PDF viewer. When this happens, GoFullScreen shows a clear message instead of failing silently. It never attempts to bypass Chrome’s security protections.
