ThreadRelay - Gmail Mass Forwarder
Overview
Mass forward multiple Gmail emails through a controlled queue with recipient review, pacing, and local history.
ThreadRelay helps you mass-forward existing Gmail conversations to one or more reviewed recipients without forwarding them manually one at a time. Select conversations using Gmail's checkboxes, open ThreadRelay, confirm the source account, every recipient, and the exact count, then start a paced queue. Nothing sends until you confirm. ThreadRelay is designed for moving existing email correspondence, project records, support threads, or an older Gmail backlog. It is not a newsletter, marketing-campaign, or cold-email sender. Features: - Natural Gmail selection: Works with the checkboxes already in your inbox. - Secure Google sign-in: Uses Google OAuth and communicates directly with Gmail and Google People APIs. - Clear plan limits: Free supports 1 connected Gmail account and 10 selected conversations per UTC day. Pro and the seven-day Migration Pass support up to 5 connected Gmail accounts with no ThreadRelay daily cap. - Controlled batch size: Every plan supports up to 500 selected conversations per run, subject to Gmail's own sending quotas. - Account safety: Switch connected Gmail accounts and block a run when the selected Gmail account does not match. - Post-forwarding actions: Optionally mark as read, archive, trash, or apply a Gmail label to each forwarded thread. - Pause, resume, and cancel a run, with progress that survives closing the popup. - Recipient autocomplete from your contacts and recent Gmail correspondents. - Sleek dark dashboard with activity logs and a searchable run history. Important: each forward includes the latest message in the selected thread (text and HTML body). Attachments and inline images are not yet carried over. How to use it: 1. Install ThreadRelay for free and sign in to a ThreadRelay account on the website. 2. Connect Gmail through Google's secure OAuth prompt. 3. Open Gmail, check the boxes next to the emails you want to forward (or open a single thread). 4. Click the ThreadRelay icon, review the recipient and selected count, and start the mass-forwarding queue. Privacy Note: ThreadRelay processes selected email data in the browser extension and communicates directly with Google's official Gmail and People API endpoints. ThreadRelay's own servers do not receive or store Gmail message bodies, recipient addresses, attachments, or contacts. Separate account identity, plan, and requested batch-count data are processed as disclosed below.
