NYT Games Swiss Knife
Overview
Simple tools to make your NYT gameplay better
- Stats & calendar: Hard Sudoku and full-size Daily Crossword record final times from congratulations by default. Uncheck “Record this time” to ignore. See speed colors and an overall average, edit any date, and export history as JSON. - Sudoku: Mark candidates in a second color (blue and italic by default) for Snyder marks or anything else. Switch it on with your own keyboard shortcut (compatible with auto-candidate) - Connections: Plan your word groups with colored marks, then submit every fully marked group in one click, in your chosen order. Review submission histories. - Crossword: Add candidate letters with Notes. Try A–Z in a selected square, with pause and resume. - Wordle: Change the letter in any tile (even the middle one). - Popup: Open each game in one click, see whether today’s puzzle is done, and move games you don’t play into Archive. Turn tools on or off in the game’s settings. Your marks and preferences stay on your device. Independent extension. Not affiliated with The New York Times.
